Redesign
Redesign projects often involve significant refurbishment works to the majority of the property. Structural alterations such as extensions, conversions and reconfiguring internal layouts that completely transform a property - maximising existing spaces, creating new spaces, and adding to the overall feel and flow of the home.
Redesign projects can be complex. We guide you through each step, providing advice, detailed planning and schedules that allow you to confidently progress. We liaise with professional services including architects, structural engineers and construction specialists, and undertake all necessary requirements with local council and authorities for permits and licenses.

Renew
Our Renew projects include modernisations to older homes and practical upgrades, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, fitting bespoke cabinetry or replacing tired doors throughout.
We provide a full project management and design service. This includes coordinating multiple trades and overseeing the logistics and timeline to ensure the project is completed as efficiently and smoothly as possible. We contract our Partner Specialists to carry out works such as damp-proofing, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and flooring.
We inspect work on a daily basis and are on-hand to find solutions when required.

Refresh
On a smaller scale, Refresh projects still achieve a visual transformation and breathe new life into a home or outdoor living space.
Refreshing a home can be achieved in many ways including new paint, flooring, wall panelling, light fittings and window coverings. Outdoor solutions are planned to suit your space and maintenance level such as a new planting scheme or decking.
We can work to specification or provide ideas and samples to inspire decisions that complement the style of your home.

Restyle
Interior styling focuses on the final touches to a home including soft furnishings and accessories.
Our Restyle service can include purchasing furniture and furnishings on behalf of the owner, receiving delivery at the property and making the home ready to welcome owners or guests.
We can take you through every step of setting up your home as a successful holiday let, from the practical and legal requirements to the finer touches that will help maximise your letting return.

A Dependable Process
We understand that a refurbishment or renovation project can
be daunting, especially if you are not close by. Keeping you informed of how your project is progressing is priority.
We provide clear communications and proven processes from day one to help you to stay engaged in your project and feel secure and in control at all times. In addition to email and phone updates we provide access to a secure online client dashboard where you can log-on anytime to see project updates, photos and videos of work in progress.
Typically our process is as follows:
- At our initial meeting with you we will discuss ideas and objectives for your property.
- From there we will put together a preliminary brief to confirm your requirements.
- Once the brief is agreed we will work with our partner specialists to put together a formal, fully-costed proposal.
- The proposal will be sent to you for review and any amendments to the scope of works can be made.
- Once you are happy with the proposal we will establish a planned timeline and arrangements to commence work.
- Following an initial deposit, invoices will be sent at two week intervals to completion.
