Pebbles Refurbishment team, established in 2012, has two goals - to deliver exceptional, tailored finishes on holiday home refurbishments of all sizes, and to provide owners with a worry-free solution to refurbishment from concept to completion.

We have had the privilege of working on a number of projects across South Devon.  For owners of a holiday home near Bigbury we were approached for a bathroom refurbishment where we turned a small space into an effective and contemporary bathroom with custom built units.  Having contacted us through the website, the owner, who lived at a distance, worked with Pebbles remotely, never meeting us in person.

Aware of our reputation for transparency, the owners also benefitted from the real time updates available in our new online Dashboard - which we hope you have found helpful so far this year, and the project worked seamlessly. 

At the opposite end of the spectrum, we also had the privilege of working with the owners of Seaquest in Hope Cove. Having contacted us to manage the refurbishment project when they first purchased the property in April, the project was a complete renovation inside and out, preparing the house for both owners and holidaymakers for the end of June the same year.

On completion the property let immediately and has continued to be successful on the letting market, also benefitting from ongoing Property Management services.  Owners have been sufficiently pleased with the results that they are now considering putting the property up for sale with revenue evidenced and overall property value increased.
